A little more shipping/tracking detail would go a long way to easing customer anxiety, especially since it is an international purchase. I had a personal challenge of identifying where to go to locate and take delivery of my package - as I did not know the affiliate for "Latvia Post". But all in all, I finally tracked it too USPS. I now have my package and it arrived in good shape, was exactly as described and I will definitely do more business in future with you now that I am better educated.
