This was a wonderful eBay experience for me, and as a true 1st edition eBayer over 20 years I would know! Jonesfastnfun was in communication with me while I decided what to do. She provided pictures and even offered a different but similar plate to even out the lot. She honored a previous listing price and even included the 4th plate. The packaged arrived today and was extremely well packed and cushioned. The plates look great, they are all beautiful and exactly what I was hoping to find!
The package was delivered in the specified timeframe, but unfortunately one of the 4 glasses was broken. The packaging looked like it was done well, so it appears it was a freak shock that broke the glass. Upon notifying the seller, they immediately said they would replace the broken glass (if they had one) or would refund the amount. The refund was issued as promised, without any hesitation. We would definitely do business with this seller again.
