This is a Montblanc Vintage Fountain Pen with a black resin body with gold trim and a 14K Fine, or perhaps Extra Fine Nib marked 585. The pen has the logo on both the body and the cap and the gold trim reads Montblanc Germany It is in gently used condition, and has some minor scratches and scuffs on the body. The nib is strong and straight. It also comes with a converter. I tested the pen and it works well.
