MAY 1961 NYC RAILROAD FREIGHT CAR TAG FORM 3290. I found this hidden inside a vintage music book from New York. From the research that I have done, it seems to be a freight car tag. The 5-61 listed in the seems to indicate May of 1961. I listed it as NEW because it has never been written on. The stock of the paper is thick. The left side has some discoloring (best seen in photo 4). The words Form 3290 are listed in the top left of the card/tag. Size is approximately 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
