I purchased some CFL lightbulbs. I received the light bulbs however they were of the wrong color temperature. I notified seller, and they immediately sent another shipment of the correct item and then gave me a partial refund, and then paid for return shipping of original wrong item! They communicated three or four times. I would gladly deal with this seller again. Thank you, Vaulte!
When the package arrived it was not what I had expected. However when I reached out to the seller he responded in minutes and rectified the situation. Excellent communication and I would absolutely do business with them again!
