Positive experience with Seller, but one feedback: The "Free 2 Day Shipping" would be more accurately called "2-4 Day Free Shipping" as my delivery was 4 days which barely made it in time for my trip. My 1,500 mile trip was the TEST DRIVE. The product promptly shipped but FEdX wasn't able to do the 2 Days (product sat in Chicage for 2 days) and Seller has no control over Fed X - OTHER than to more accurately say " 2 to 4 Days " in their Ad.

Item was in a generic printed box but parts did not have any branding or part number matching true rough country.
