The quality of the bag is amazing and exactly as it appeared online. My issue is shipping took a long time to the point I attempted to cancel my order. One I requested to cancel, the seller denied and shipped the bag the following day or two. Once the bag arrived to the US I was surprised w/ an addition $113 duty fee. Shipping was through DHL, the purchase price of the bag was under $600; I’ve order other things internationally w/ DHL shipping that have cost less more & wasn’t charged duties.
Seller quickly shipped item from Japan. Bag was as described. Seller agreeable to offers and we came to a good price for both. Seller also packaged item well and sent with Loewe dust bag. Would purchase from the seller again.
Professional processing of order; item received was the same as described by the seller; the item was wrapped in plastic for protection during shipment; prompt delivery from Japan to USA.
