The item was returned to the seller because of the carrier used to deliver. Amazon Logistics and something called Zinc do not understand anything about rural mailboxes. Until that is fixed and/or more sellers use USPS Advantage for customers having rural mailboxes, this will continue to be ongoing problem. In this case the seller had received the returned package and gave me a full refund. The seller was quick to respond to my request for a full refund.
Ordered to use in stained glass projects and will order more. I needed slices with no predrilled holes and the seller descibed clearly in details that these did not. Seller sent me a variety of vibrant colors and 2 of most which I appreciate. Packaged conpactly and safely with nice soft pouch for storage. And postage was free which is what I look for. Already ordering more.
I'm leaving positive feedback, as the seller upheld their end of the transaction. Unfortunately, it was UPS who completely dropped the ball, misdelivering the order, and not owning up to that fact. So, I'd like to be able to leave feedback about my purchase, but I can't, because I never actually received it.
