This seller is amazing and helps with any issues. My boots went on a world adventure not any fault of the seller. USPS misrouted them to Puerto Rico so they went on a boat for 10 days there and 10 days back. After 32 days they arrived in perfect shape and are beautiful. Seller stayed in touch the whole time. We appreciate the seller's offer price to fit our budget. The item arrived in a timely manner. One suggestion for this seller in future is to wrap any item in something to create a protective layer between it & the top of the box. In this case we used a knife to open the duct-taped box, luckily held it at an angle so the blade didn't damage the item.
