Advertised as new, but technically this is more an open box. Shipping was fast and the lights are new and work great. Also odd is this seller put no returns in the listing. Just some odd things here, but Seller has a great product and shipped this fast. I have NO real complaints, the product is a 5 star item and I would purchase from this seller again.
