The item I received was new and in a sealed container. Unfortunately, there was an issue with it due to no one’s fault. I’ll find one as I really love this particular Fitbit.   3. I did not receive my item. Sadly it was shipped via fed ex, they of course lost it, then damaged it, then sent it back to the seller, who was fantastic in resolving the issue. Will definitely buy from Number Pro again. But If you want your package to NEVER, EVER, get there on time, or at all, use fed ex. Otherwise, use a real shipping service.
