This seller has been great on communication. I ordered this mug for my daughter, but she was not able to pick up from her postal locker as one of her roommates had the key and the PO says it is being shipped back. To no fault of the Seller, mug has not been received, but Seller has been very helpful in assuring we can have it resent if it is in fact returned. Price and ship time were great. Much gratitude for the quick and accommodating response ;)
Bowl came packaged and shipped well. Shipping cost was very reasonable. Though not as described in the listing, it had several more scratches than what was seen in the pictures, I contacted this seller and she went above and beyond to make it right for me, doing way more than I requested. She was super nice about the whole thing and as a buyer, that means ALOT! If there was an option to rate the interaction with the seller, I would give 5 stars.
Shipped quickly. The two parts to the butter dish were packaged separately and tight with plenty of padding to prevent possible damage. Just as described. Both pieces are well made and heavy; worth the price. The seller was kind to communicate along the way. Very pleased with the purchase. I would buy from the seller again.
