Shipping was fast and the seller was very responsive and helpful with a small issue I had with the item. The poor box it was shipped in got beat up, but that's not an issue caused by them. I would suggest in the future that they maybe package the shoes they sell in some kind of bag as well if it doesn't come with the original box, just because it was more open to outside elements. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase though and would buy from them again.
