Advertise for locks was good, items were what I wanted and needed. Locks were never received, FedEx delivered to another address. Seller has notified me that they are refunding my cost. Response was quick by seller that locks were not received to refund. Waiting as this time for refund. I really wanted the locks, were keyed alike and 'looked like what I needed, by description.
I contacted Fed X they said they can’t find 405 on this shipment ~ it was delivered to someone else home~ when I see the home it says it was delivered there is only a small white package on their porch. I needed this for Fathers Day & do upset someone has this statue! Fed x said they can’t help & to contact you~
