Ornament is used, however, it is in perfect condition. Clamshell has previously been taped shut, and there is tape remnants on inside lid of box (see pictures). New AAA batteries were just installed, and Magic feature has been confirmed that it works. HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 18 year old ornament. With new batteries installed there are usually no issues. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Magic feature has stopped working, even with new batteries. This ornament includes new installed AAA batteries, but is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
