Description
History of Garrard County Kentucky And Its Churches. The book was written by Forrest Calico and published in 1947. In the front the author has written " To Chas. H. Bacon Jr. with compliments , Forrest Calico Lancaster Ky. April 10 1956 ". The book has 518 pages and is filled with history of this county. The dust jacket has discoloration and slight wear as you can see in the photos, but has done a good job protecting the hardback cover. Book is in very clean condition. The only flaw I see is that a few pages in the front have the top right of the pages bent over. I took a photo ( next to last photo ) of the book closed so you can see this. It isn't too bad but wanted to mention it. The authors name in on the front cover near the bottom in gold gilt. Also the spine has the name of book in gold gilt. Comes from a smoke free home. No Mustiness. Thanks for looking!
