Select the species at checkout. **All sales are final. AS IS.** Any plant in our nursery with a red dot indicates the plant is not fit for normal sale for a number of reasons including lack of root growth, dehydrated pseudobulbs, yellowing leaves, salt burns, other imperfections, or orchids in need of dividing. On the tag, we provide a brief description of the problem with a date of the most recent inspection. This is designed to give the best chance of the plant recovering in our nursery or our customers being able to rehabilitate the plant themselves. On occasion, we offer these plants as rescue orchids at severely discounted prices. DOA: We have a history of 98% success thanks to our packaging methods, but if your plants arrive damaged, please retain all packaging, and boxes, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. COLD WEATHER: Heat Packs are Mandatory if temperatures are below 40 F until spring for purchase in our shop which includes additional insurance and packaging. We do not charge for this, but we do need to account for the additional weight. PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Orders placed outside these days will ship the following week. Orders will ship via USPS or FedEx based on your location. Messages are answered as fast as possible excluding Sundays (we package orders then).
