  1. Item was not 20" as described and was 12" instead. Seller offered partial refund right away. Appearance smaller than expected but besides size everything else matched the listing. Once partially refunded the value was a good price. The condition was practically mint besides the teeth chipping which was shown in the photos and is typical for these dolls. Overall quality is great, would purchase from this seller again.
