  1. I was very happy to see that something being shown as Out for Delivery was actually delivered the same day. I have had terrible experiences with USPS the past month, items postage due, marked undeliverable with the correct address, returned to sellers, even overseas. Something is very wrong with the combo of eBay packaging and USPS requirements. I am hesitant to even continue buying postcards off eBay.
