Item arrived in a padded mailer. Would have preferred it would have come in a box or with a box protector to preserve the box, but it only had some minor issues from the shipping. All in all it was a good transaction and I am very happy with the product.
Seller used a stock image that did not totally accurately depict item for sale (Game is in actuality Japanese market version, not North American) and state of item was listed "As New" while clearly having some damage to the box.
