  1. Good parts at a decent price. Would buy again. eBay encourages me to talk about shipping time. The seller put the items into the hands of the shipper in a timely manner, after that the the seller has absolutely no control how good of job the shipper does. I've read reviews where people are mad at the seller because the shipper is slow. They want refunds and leave negative feedback . I don't understand that at all. The seller has no control at all over how the shipper performs. USPS in this case.

  2. I got a defective roof rack, but seller was quick to refund when I returned. The design didn't match the photos and there were manufacturing defects. Communication with the seller was weird and they told me that they "don't accept negative or neutral feedback", which sounded scammy and suspicious to me. I did get my refund, though, so I am happy
