Item received quickly and received emails about when item shipped and tracking. Condition was brand new in box. Value was good considering it was much cheaper than anywhere I could find locally. One part was broken in shipment, could have been packed with something to help prevent it from happening. Had to start a case from no response for nearly a week, but once contact was made, seller made it right and shipped another one. Outside of that it was an excellent transaction with super fast shipment.
