The item was shipped very fast. However upon inspection I found a cut and that the stitching was unraveling I contacted the seller and he was very proactive offered me options and shipped a replacement very fast. I am very pleased with the new cover - it is brand new, made of quality materials and the color matches the interior and was a great value Although we had that little hiccup the seller was very responsive and helpful.
