While I appreciated the price of the item, I was disappointed that it was put in a box with no protective packaging, therefore arriving with two gems completely off of the tiara. I reached out to the company and they responded in a timely manner and the situation was discussed and a conclusion made.
Phone was listed as a wall or desk mount but it was only a desk mount phone. I told seller to send me a wall mounted phone. Have not heard from seller or seen a different phone. I had to fabricate a piece to make this phone work on the wall.
