This is working pull from a 1990's Exmark 48" Walk Behind mower model M48-14K-5. The wheel wobbles and needs new bearings. I was unable to determine a part number for the half-fork. Includes 5 spacers. Tire has an inner tube and holds air. Compare by pics to ensure fit and compatability. I'll try to help determine if this fits your mower if you have any questions.
