Absolutely horrible tracking...reported delivered to address,or garage, or other neighbor at same address. Not true,I checked neighbor. I live & own my condo. NONE OF INFO LISTED IS CORRECT . I FINALLY LEARNED IT WAS LEFT IN "CONCiERGE" a USPS arrangement as I understand.UDPS employes should know their own employer's doings. Still do not understand this ridiculous tracking info.
