The item was dispatched promptly to me, and arrived with 10 days. Seller's communication was excellent and responded very promptly. The item was really well packed and sent via expedited shipping services. Only criticism is the item is smaller than the pictures on the listing so please bare this in mind when ordering. The ring is beautiful. It doesn't look like the photo 100%, but I still like it. The ring arrived with the main stone lose. I noticed it upon inspection. I took it to my Jeweler and they said the prongs were worn down causing this. They gave me a quote to rebuild the prongs. I took it back to the seller and they agreed to a partial refund to cover the cost of the prong rebuild. All is good now and I am happy.
