Un objet dont les mesures ne correspondaient pas à celles annoncées par le fournisseur. Une réponse d’eBay comme quoi les mesures étaient prises de façon manuelles et imprécises, raison de la fausse information, puis remboursement à 10% de la valeur de l’achat et enfin, après échange à nouveau de courriel, remboursement de la totalité de la valeur de l’objet. Donc je donne une évaluation positive car tout cela s’est bien terminé, au prix de nombreux efforts de « faire-valoirs » !!
