The item was well packaged and shipped quickly. Arrived exactly as described and in very good condition. Unfortunately, my Kia Niro needed the upgraded side mirror assembly which was not compatible with the regular version. I ordered a used wheel, then received a shipping notification 1-2 days later. Great! A few days went past, and the tracking showed that the shipment hadn t moved yet.
