This printer is almost as new and in pristine condition - no signs of any previous use... Item was delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Only slight annoyance was the 3rd party toner cartridge but seller assured me that this was new and only used for testing and prints are ok... Seller was very responsive and willing to accept a return, which I declined as overall I am still happy with the unit. Recommended Ebayer.
Unfortunately the main USB dongle was missing & this was not mentioned in listing, so ended up not being able to use it. However seller did first offer to refund amount for replacement dongle (I couldn’t find one sadly) and did then end up agreeing for me to return the item to them, which was appreciated. Seller packaged item really well. So although the item fell short of expectations, the seller has been great throughout which was appreciated.
The oven arrived extremely well packed and with a thank you message from the seller which was appreciated. New condition as described and, in fact, I didn't notice the cosmetic dent mentioned without close inspection. The item is ideal and was purchased at a very reasonable price with not excessive postage costs given the weight. Very happy with easy transaction.
