Item arrived quickly and packaged well but there was a scratch on the surface of the pin. Contacted the seller to ask for a return and they responded promptly saying they would accept my return. The start of the return to the refund happened all within a day. The seller was very understanding and responded to everything very quickly which I greatly appreciate. Thank you. I would highly recommend this seller.

10/10 would buy again from seller. My 2 yr old son and I were on the hunt in Disney to find an Owl pin and was disappointed we couldn't find him on property. He was thrilled when we came home and this showed up in the mail. Seller offered free shipping and still packaged in bubble mailer which is appreciated. Item came as described.

Pin listed as used but it was definitely new, in my opinion. Pin was intact and new so better than described. Speedy shipping and very nice packaging with cute business card inside package. Only gripe is the pin cost ¥99 which is like $13 so selling it for $30, is crazy to me. But I paid what I paid.
