The item is good quality, it came within the time frame it said. The Bat'leth size wasn't clearly. communicated so I expected a bit bigger piece to be honest (120cm, but got 96cm) but the good quality and communication with the seller made the whole experience smooth. Only advice, if you are buying it, check the size before hand, check all the listings and make sure you are getting what you think you are getting. :)
Packaging was quite substandard , especially since it was coming from overseas. Fortunately, the piece was not totally ruined, a few minor scratches. The box was totally torn up like it was bounced around and had holes torn all over it . Thankfully it was not taken by an dishonest person, you could totally see the sword in the box , it was that torn up. All things considered it's in pretty decent shape.
This was a great quality item! I'm a big Star Trek fan and I was very happy when it arrived. It isn't as heavy as it looks, and was shipped to protect it from scratches and dings. Looks great, and the leather wrap on the handle is in perfect condition. I bought some stands to display it and it looks awesome! Shipped quickly to the US from overseas (return label said it came from the UK).
