The person who requested these it a semi-invalid who does not have the opportunity to go out and shop for these items. The items received were new and the appearance was one of completeness and not used before.
I received the plate that I ordered in tact. It was packed very well. The item was shipped untracked so I don't know if it was on time or not. It did not take long to get here and that's all I know.
