Positive experience with Seller, but one feedback: The "Free 2 Day Shipping" would be more accurately called "2-4 Day Free Shipping" as my delivery was 4 days which barely made it in time for my trip. My 1,500 mile trip was the TEST DRIVE. The product promptly shipped but FEdX wasn't able to do the 2 Days (product sat in Chicage for 2 days) and Seller has no control over Fed X - OTHER than to more accurately say " 2 to 4 Days " in their Ad.
Fast shipping and timely delivery but parts delivered are not the same and what’s pictured. Item was in a generic printed box but parts did not have any branding or part number matching true rough country. With all that being said the steering stabilizer works as it should and was cheaper than anything I could get at a brick and mortar store.
The 180 degree awning arrived in excellent new condition and well packaged as seller described. Appearance of the awning is of good quality and value. Seller had good communication and super fast shipping. Mounted to my 4Runner for outdoors overlanding use. Awesome customer service!
