This is a very nice fabric that is 100% cotton. This is a rare fabric panel, because you usually don't find panels this old. This fabric is from the 1970's. It has calico Christmas ornaments in red, green, yellow/gold, blue & white. There is some yellowing in this fabric, mainly at the fold, but the only thing it might effect a bit is one side of the head of the kitty angel(see photos).
