The item arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately, the strap on the bag broke quickly. I contacted the seller, and he immediately agreed to a refund. I returned the item and got my refund within a day or so. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
Nice bag for a good price. I think shipping in a box would have made this a perfect deal. (Couple of medium scratches on straps and a ding in pebble leather that were not pictured, probably from shipping in 2 plastic bags)
