  1. Hat was NWT and as described. Only issue was with the packaging - it was shipped in a bag rather than a box, and got slightly bent in transit. Thankfully when wearing the hat you can’t tell. But I would suggest trying to ship items like this in boxes in the future to avoid any issues. Thank you for a good experience overall!
