Within five,six days item was at my door in its original factory prepared box - it was a brand new item as posted. Communication was good assuring my transaction and flawless delivery. Unfortunately, the item likely was a ‘factory’ defect of which had nothing to do with seller I repeat nothing to do with seller but rather the manufacturer. I needed a refund seller responded.
