Each guitar is different from others because of the light in room or some other reasons .So there are maybe some differences between the pictures and the guitar you get. OUR GUARANTEE We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) is in good condition before it is shipped out. All customized products are non-returnable. SHIPPING Goods shipped from the US generally arrive in 1-10 days. We shipped by USPS and China Post. We will provide a tracking number to you and you can monitor the shipping progress in the website conveniently. Fast shipping, item arrived as described. No problems there. Mine came with plain/no logo on the headstock which is what I wanted. It's a light weight compared to other Les Pauls, this was only 7.2lbs. The price is low enough to upgrade all the electronics and still have an inexpensive, great sounding guitar. As with most instruments it just needs a little work to get it to play/feel nice but still pretty good out of the box.
