She resides in South Walton, Florida and opened up her first art gallery in 1994.Gaffrey created her first illustration art poster in 1998 for the Spring Wine Festival in Seaside, Florida. It was based on a painting of a wine glass she completed in 1997. The dimensions of the poster with the white margins are approximately 13 inches in width by 21 inches in height. The dimensions with the frame are 14 inches wide by 22 inches in height
