It covers functionality problems that may occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation; by accidents or damage sustained after installation, by negligence in maintaining the product after installation, or modification of the product. Returns A Return Merchant Authorization Number, or RMA Number, is assigned to your return and used for tracking purposes. If buyer purchases the wrong product by error or no longer needs the product, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping a desired replacement plus the price difference between the original part and the replacement if the replacement is of higher value. Buyer is also subjected to pay 20% restocking fees for returns in these cases.
