I installed the new wireless garage door keypad, it was similar to my old one that was giving me problems. It arrived a few days before estimated.  I ended up programming it at the wall mounted push button opener instead of at my 8500 jack shaft operator. The program instructions were clear, but for some reason it wouldn’t take at the motor operator. 
I only received 1 of my 3 items when I reach out he responded immediately and has resolved my situation I appreciate that would buy from the seller again
