The item arrived sealed, but the cartridges inside were opened. I contacted the seller and he said if there was a problem to contact him. When I had to use the cartridge it was spent, no color at all. I contacted him and was issued a refund quickly. The 5 star rating is for the seller, he handled this situation great, no worries for me.
