Unfortunately the item arrived extremely bent, it was not re-enforced with carboard to give the package some structure and support during the shipping process. Fortunately it was metal and I was able to bend and manipulate it straight again. The fact that it was made to look vintage and distressed did not deter its final look after I had to re-bend it straight again. Other than that, A great seller and fast shipping.
After a bizarre Post Office delivery process, I finally received my signs. Seller had great communication with me throughout the USPS debacle. My only knock on seller would be that my one metal sign was bent and dinged up because it was placed in a bag with zero packing material. The extra trip across the country didn't help, but a little bubble wrap or cardboard would've helped too.
2nd purchase from this supplier for same item and another great experience. Sign was packaged very well to avoid bending in transit (a huge Plus & factor when ordering metal signs). My purchase(s) literally went from East to West Coast -- thanks to vendor for a great quality sign that arrived in Excellent condition & has a very cool appearance!
