  1. The doll arrived in the original shipping box from Mattel. She herself was in perfect condition, and there was only minor wear to her display box (though I like to unbox my dolls, so it didn't really matter to me). She looks gorgeous, too. And the seller was nothing but kind and lovely the entire way. They offered to send a second doll when it seemed like she was lost, and got FedEx to actually send her after initially mis-sorting. And they were nice when we communicated. Would order again!

  2. My item was lost in a postal vortex. Once the vendor figured out what was going on a refund was quickly initiated. There was a delay but that was a result of my own ignorance. Both the vendor and E-Bay operated with the upmost integrity. The only aspect of this transaction which might be improved upon would be the communication between myself and vendor. In the vendors defense there was a holiday weekend involved. Everything said…I would use vendor again.
