Experienced shipping snafu because the post office sent package to the wrong processing facility enroute to me. Not the seller's fault! The seller went above and beyond.. trying to track the package and to make sure I got it. I got it today and I am very happy! I highly recommend the seller because he really cares and provided such wonderful customer service and follow up. Great experience and very happy with what I received. Exactly as described. I would definitely buy from them again.
The sneakers were well packed and arrived on time. There was a problem that neither the seller nor I could spot before purchase… the sole was ready to peel. However, when I alerted the seller of the issue, the seller rectified the situation immediately without argument. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who deals with customers in such a positive manner. The sneakers didn’t work out but the Seller is one I’d definitely buy from in the future
