Bought as parts, description was as described as in text and pictures. Unit was repaired in a timely manner using the normal technique that normally plague these devices. Device was packed nicely, shipping was somewhat fast, any delay was most likely not the sellers fault due to holiday traffic. The value is purely subjective, it depends on how badly you want/need it.
