This has a unique sketch done by Uncle Shelby depicting what almost looks like Shel himself in a large trench coat with an outstretched arm holding a $1 bill. On the opposite side , you can see a small giraffe next to a coin operated gum ball type feeder, and a small boy in a cage with a chain around his neck. The cage has a sign that reads, “Feed the hooman $1.00” in scribbled text, as if the giraffe wrote it. There is also an inscription that reads, “To EVAN, with Love ~ Shel Silverstein.”
Arrived safely packaged and as described. Awesome book, hope it grades well so it can become a treasured part of my PC. Took a gamble with this seller, as they never once answered my multiple product inquiries, so buyer due diligence is required.
