While I like the pendant, I am displeased with the amount of time I waited for the package to arrive. After 10 days, I wrote the Seller, asking why it had not been taken to the Post Office. The reply so got made no sense. The shipping label was created immediately, but the Seller really dropped the ball in waiting 10 days to take it to the Post Office. They’re slow too. I feel that I waited longer than necessary for a simple transaction.
First time buying from this seller. The item I purchased was not what I received. Not even close. It was a totally different item. I was offered a partial (1/2)refund and was given the option yo keep the item. I asked for a full refund and would return the wrong item.
