In general, my experience with this seller was great. I did not have any difficulty with this person. The communication was speedy, cordial, and effective. The item arrived before scheduled. As for the item per se, I was delighted by the level of details of the figurines. However, I think the scale is a bit smaller than 1/35. I also think it was a bit wasteful to have the figurines sectioned, as opposed to having them all in one piece each. I’ll simply do my best to put some color to them.
I placed the order by accident, and I asked the seller to cancel. I received an immediate, and positive response, and refund. I am embarrassed, and sorry to cause problems, though, I am very happy to see a seller that understands, cares, and will work with you.
Product came as described and photographed. It was an excellent value. This was well packaged too for transit. I will definitely keep this seller in mind when shopping for more products.
